It is a great pleasure for us to invite you to the EU-SOL bioinformatics tutorials and training session hosted by EU-SOL module 6.
The tutorials and training session will take place at the fifth EU-SOL Project Meeting in Natal, Brasil, on November 13th 2010, 12:00-18:00. The location will be the Praiamar Natal Hotel and Convention Center, Rua Francisco Gurgel, 33, Ponta Negra, Natal, Rio Grande do Norte.

Within the tutorials an introduction on how to use EU-SOL bioinformatics resources and how to exploit the tomato genome data will be given. There will be four sessions with walk-through introductions and the opportunity for a guided hands-on training afterwards.
The topics of the four sessions are:

• BreeDB: Mining the seeds of EU-SOL
• Browsing the tomato genome
• Contribute your knowledge for a better Tomato
• Comparative genomics resources for solanaceae
